We have a number of properties available to rent in Rotorua. You can browse through them online, and book a viewing if you see one you like. You only need to fill out one rental application with us, not one for each property, making things much easier for prospective tenants.
Rental Application
We require all tenants to fill out an application (one per adult). This allows us to place you quickly and easily as soon as a suitable rental becomes available.

Inspection Guidelines
In order for us to adequately check the premises for maintenance during inspections, it is imperative that the property be presented in a clean and tidy manner. We suggest you follow our Inspection Guide in preparation of your next inspection.

If you are currently renting one of our properties, you can fill out our online form to request maintenance or repairs. Alternatively, you can come in to our office to discuss the issue with our team in person.
